Heed

Changelog

What we shipped in Heed, newest first. New features, improvements and fixes.

October 6, 2026

My Day and Wrap Up

  • My Day is the new home page. It shows today's meetings, meetings still waiting for notes, replies you owe and deals that need attention. You land here after logging in.
  • Wrap Up after a call: paste rough notes and Atlas turns them into meeting notes, next steps, a proposed deal update and a follow-up email draft. You review all of it before anything is saved or sent.
  • New prospects and mentions now appear on My Day too.

Inbox

  • Your full Gmail inbox inside Heed, read live from Gmail.
  • Views for All Mail, Customers, Needs Reply, Unread, Inbox and Sent. All Mail is the default.
  • Atlas sums up a thread and drafts replies and new emails in your voice.
  • Send from your own Gmail, with open and click tracking you can switch off for any email.
  • Each thread shows its company and deal, and emails on a record's timeline link to the conversation.

Tasks

  • Team tasks with a type, a priority and a due date, linked to a deal, company or contact.
  • Statuses: To Do, In Progress, Waiting and Done. Use the list or the board, and every company, contact and deal has its own board.
  • A reminder when a task is due and one morning digest email. Finished tasks stay visible.
  • Atlas can propose tasks from chat, and next steps from Wrap Up can be saved as tasks.

Deal coaching

  • Each stage has a "done when" checklist. Admins can edit it, and every pipeline starts with sensible defaults.
  • The coaching panel on a deal shows what is done for the current and next stage, what is still missing, and an Add Task button for each gap.
  • Atlas drafts a dated close plan. The rep edits it and saves it.

Weekly review

  • The This Week report shows what moved, slipped, closed and appeared, compared against nightly pipeline snapshots.
  • A Monday brief email arrives at 8am local time. Reps get their own deals and managers get the team. Anyone can turn it off.

Calendar and booking

  • Drag across the week to create a Google Calendar event with Google Meet and invites.
  • Edit and delete events you organize. Guests are notified.
  • Meeting types, up to 10, on a personal booking page.
  • One-off booking links tied to a company, contact or deal, with buffers, minimum notice, a daily limit and availability windows.
  • Intake questions, reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before, and links for guests to reschedule or cancel. Hosts can mark a no-show.
  • Embed your booking page on your website.
  • Each booking creates the contact, the company and an Inbound deal, and logs the meeting.
  • Atlas gives you a fit score and an agenda for each booking, and writes the confirmation email in your voice.
  • Settings shows recent Gmail and Calendar syncs and when the next one runs.

Gmail privacy and import

  • Exclude domains and labels from Gmail, and mark any thread private. Anything already logged from them is removed.
  • Atlas points out threads that look like a deal and offers to create one.
  • Import contacts from a CSV with column mapping, a preview and duplicate handling.
  • Atlas can clean up to 200 records at once in a single card you confirm.

Collaboration

  • Mention teammates and whole teams with @ in comments. A team mention notifies everyone on it.
  • Hover over any company, contact, deal or teammate to see a preview card.
  • A notification center with an unread badge, All and Unread views, and mark all as read. New notifications arrive in real time.

Getting started

  • Admins get a guided setup. Atlas reads your website and drafts what you sell and who you sell to, and you review it.
  • Settings has a Company tab where admins edit that knowledge and reps suggest changes. Every Atlas feature uses it.
  • Teammates who join get a short welcome.
  • A short product tour on My Day, and one tip the first time you open each main page. Help can replay the tour.
  • While the tour is open, empty pages show example data so you can see what they do. Nothing is saved.

Also new

  • A Create menu in every page header, plus New Task and New Email in ⌘K.
  • Send Email and New Task on company, contact and deal pages.
  • The sidebar is grouped into Today, Customers and Grow.
  • Suggestions are now called Prospects.

Fixes

  • Calendar sync no longer stops after the Gmail part of a sync.
  • Recipient suggestions in the email dialog open in a popover instead of pushing the form down.
  • Emails written for dark mode no longer show white text on a white background.
  • Connecting Gmail now tells you clearly when Google only granted read-only access or the sign-in expired.

  • New workspaces open through a waitlist. Continue with Google works on the login and waitlist pages.
  • Every workspace is isolated from every other one.
  • Export a CSV or the whole workspace as a ZIP, and delete your account or the workspace from Settings.

  • The deals board shows one pipeline at a time.
  • Forecast with commit, best case, pipeline and quota attainment.
  • Quarterly Forecast and Slipping Deals reports.

Atlas

  • Atlas, the AI built into Heed. Press ⌘J on any page to ask about your own records.

  • A Calendar week view colored by account, with time spent per account.
  • Suggestions: companies you email that are not in Heed yet, reviewed by Atlas against who you sell to. Add one in a click.

Companies

  • Fill From Website completes a company's industry, size, location and description from its site, and adds its logo.
