Heed

Terms of Service

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms apply when you use Heed: the website at heed.sh, the Heed app, Atlas (the AI assistant inside Heed) and Heed booking pages. Heed is run by Arif Dogan, based in Germany ("Heed", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Heed, you agree to these terms. If you use Heed for a company, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

The service

Heed is a CRM for sales teams. It keeps companies, contacts and deals, connects to Gmail and Google Calendar if you choose, offers booking pages, and includes Atlas, which drafts, summarizes and suggests changes for you to confirm.

Heed is new and still changing. We add, change and sometimes remove features. Features marked Beta, such as AI teammates, may change more often and may not always work as expected.

Accounts and workspaces

Each team works in its own workspace. The person who creates a workspace, and the managers they choose, can invite and remove members, change settings and delete the workspace. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

Heed is meant for business use by people aged 16 or older.

Your data

Your team owns the data it puts into Heed. You give us permission to store, process and display that data only as needed to run Heed for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Data from Gmail and Google Calendar is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can export your data as CSV files and delete your account or workspace from Settings at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Heed to:

  • send spam or messages people did not ask for, or break email, privacy or marketing laws such as the GDPR or CAN-SPAM;
  • store or send anything illegal, harmful, or that you have no right to use;
  • try to get into other workspaces, accounts or systems, or test Heed's security without our written permission;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer Heed, or overload it with automated requests;
  • use Atlas to create content that deceives or harms people.

You are responsible for the emails you send and the meetings you book through Heed, including getting the consent you need from the people you contact.

Atlas and AI teammates

Atlas and AI teammates use AI models to write drafts, summaries, scores and suggestions. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Heed asks you to confirm changes before they happen, and you should review drafts before sending them. For actions you allow an AI teammate to take on its own, you can see each one in its log and undo it.

Third-party services

Heed works with services from other companies, such as Google. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. If a third party changes or stops its service, a Heed feature that depends on it may change or stop working.

Fees

Heed is currently offered free during early access and trial periods. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price in advance, and you will only be charged after you agree to it.

Availability and support

We work to keep Heed running well and your data safe, but we can't promise that Heed will always be available or free of errors. We may need to pause Heed for maintenance. Support is available at [email protected].

Ending your use

You can stop using Heed and delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or Heed at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

Heed is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that are not set out in these terms.

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law does not allow liability to be limited. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, and only for typical, foreseeable damage. In all other cases, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 euros if that is more.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Heed changes. We will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Heed after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
