Sales Forecast and Weekly Pipeline Reports

Commit, best case and quota attainment from your real deals, a weekly report of what moved and slipped, and a Monday brief in your inbox.

A Forecast Built From Your Deals

The forecast adds up your open deals by category for the quarter and compares the result with quota. Atlas writes a short summary on top, and every number in it comes from your records, not from a guess. Deals past their close date are called out instead of quietly counted.

See What Changed This Week

Heed takes a snapshot of the pipeline every night. The This Week report compares today with last week: which deals moved forward or back, slipped, closed and appeared, and what that did to the total. No more piecing it together from memory before the Monday meeting.

This Week compares the pipeline to last week's snapshot, so every change has a before and an after.

A Monday Brief in Your Inbox

At 8am on Monday, in your own time zone, Heed emails a short brief of what changed. Reps get their own deals and managers get their team. Anyone can turn it off in settings. Managers can see how this fits into coaching on the sales managers page.

The Monday brief. Reps get their own deals, managers get their team.

Reports for the Pipeline Review

The Quarterly Forecast report puts each rep's quota, commit, best case and attainment side by side. Slipping Deals lists every open deal that is past its close date or has gone quiet, with the owner and the last activity. For the why behind a single deal, open its coaching panel.

Slipping Deals: every open deal that is overdue or has gone quiet, ready for a pipeline review.

From the deals in Heed: their values, stages and close dates. Quota attainment uses the quotas you set, and the Atlas summary takes its numbers from the same data.
What is the This Week report?
A comparison of the pipeline with last week, based on nightly snapshots. It shows which deals moved, slipped, closed and appeared, and the net change in pipeline value.
When does the Monday brief arrive?
At 8am on Monday in your own time zone, when your pipeline changed. Reps get their own deals and managers get their team. Anyone can turn it off in settings.
Which reports are included?
The forecast, This Week, the Quarterly Forecast report with a row for each rep, and Slipping Deals for deals that are overdue or have gone quiet.
Do I need to set anything up?
