Atlas: The AI Assistant Inside Your CRM

Atlas is the AI built into Heed. It answers from your records, drafts emails in your voice and proposes changes as cards. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Ask About Your Pipeline

Atlas sits at the bottom of every page in Heed. Ask which deals are stuck, what happened with a customer last month or who owns an account. It looks up your records and answers with links, so you can check its work in one click.

  • Press ⌘J on any page
  • Answers come from your own companies, deals and activities
  • Every record it mentions is a link
Ask in plain words. Atlas answers from your records and links everything it mentions.

It Proposes, You Confirm

Ask Atlas to create a deal, update a contact, add a task, log a call or leave a comment. It prepares the change as a card. Nothing changes until you press Confirm. That holds for bulk updates too: up to 200 records in one card, every one listed before you approve.

A proposal, not a change. Nothing is written until you press Confirm.

A Brief Before the Call, Notes After It

Company and deal pages carry an Atlas Brief: where things stand, the risks and the next steps, with the activities behind them. After the call, paste your rough notes and Atlas fills in the activity. Or use Wrap Up on My Day to get notes, next steps and a follow-up in one go.

It Knows Your Company

Guided setup reads your website and drafts what you sell and who you sell to. Admins edit it and reps suggest changes. Atlas uses it to judge prospects, draft emails in your voice and prep bookings. It runs on Anthropic's Claude through Amazon Bedrock, and AWS does not use Bedrock prompts to train models. More on our security page.

Admins own the company profile. Reps suggest edits from what they hear on calls.
